Compulsory equipment

For safety reasons, the following equipment is compulsory for participants in the 29km and 46km races:

• Water supply (1L minimum)

• Charged mobile phone

• Whistle

• Survival blanket

• Clothing suited to the weather conditions

For the 14 km race, we strongly recommend that you have a supply of water and a mobile phone.
