Drink, eat and leave with a banana feeling

The refreshment posts for the Trail du Val Rancure are located along the route in three charming Provencal villages: Le Castellet, Entrevennes and Puimichel.

Each refreshment point will provide runners with an opportunity to rest, hydrate and enjoy local produce offered by the locals. These breaks will also be an opportunity to appreciate the warm welcome offered by the villages and to share in the spirit of conviviality that characterises the trail.

1. Canal d'Oraison - Kilometre 6 (14 km, 29 km and 46 km races)

The first refreshment point will be in the heart of the village of Le Castellet, at kilometre 6. This point is common to all three routes and will offer an initial moment of comfort. Runners will find fresh fruit (oranges, bananas), dried fruit and energy biscuits. Isotonic drinks and water will also be available for hydration. This refreshment area, located in the main square of the village, allows participants to enjoy the charm of Provence while recharging their energy before continuing their effort.

2. Entrevennes village - Kilometre 20 (29km and 46km races)

The second refreshment station, at kilometre 20, is located in Entrevennes. This village will welcome runners in the 29km and 46km races, offering a wider range of refreshments. As well as fresh and dried fruit, local specialities such as homemade jam and cheese from the region will be on offer. Hot soups will also be available for those who feel the need. A small medical post will be on hand to deal with any blisters or minor injuries. Entrevennes volunteers will be on hand to support the runners with a smile and give them the energy they need to tackle the rest of the course.

3. Village of Puimichel - Kilometre 32 (46 km race)

The third refreshment station, at kilometre 32, is reserved for participants in the 46 km race and will be located in the picturesque village of Puimichel. At this stage of the race, runners will need to replenish their strength with a more substantial refreshment area. As well as the usual fruit, a buffet including pasta, fresh bread, ham and dried fruit will be available to provide extra calories. A shaded rest area will provide a welcome break before the final kilometres of the route. Puimichel's volunteers, always ready to encourage participants, will ensure that everyone leaves with a smile on their face and the motivation to reach the finish line.

Every village contributes to making the Trail du Val Rancure a unique experience, where sport, nature and conviviality come together. Our warmest thanks go to Le Castellet, Entrevennes and Puimichel for their participation and their exceptional welcome.
